font-size: 12pt\">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and project-specific financial reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and applicable regulatory standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead month-end and year-end close processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with lenders, investors, and project stakeholders on financing requirements, draw schedules, and covenant compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have University Degree/College Diploma in Business/Finance/Economics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Canadian CPA / CFA designation required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">5+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Finance Manager role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Prior experience in real estate development, construction, or property management is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost tracking, and real estate financing structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
