coordinates installations.</li>\n<li>Accept and provide constructive feedback to improve design concepts and final projects, striving for excellence at every phase of the project.</li>\n<li>Initiates and manages relationships with clients and partners and is focused on delivering a detail-oriented expert level of client service.</li>\n<li>Tracks projects, timelines, budgets and progress and prepares reports and communications for internal teams and clients; manages multiple projects and multiple deadlines.</li>\n<li>Participates in team projects and strategic business growth initiatives.</li>\n<li>Organize, plan and prioritize work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Qualifications</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or master’s degree in interior design</li>\n<li>4-10 years of experience designing corporate, multi-family, hospitality, or senior living spaces</li>\n<li>NCIDQ certification is preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Excellent design, graphic and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and graphic communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture and consultant teams</li>\n<li>Experience in preparing construction documents and construction administration</li>\n<li>Possesses general knowledge of building codes and ADA guidelines as they relate to life safety and space planning</li>\n<li>Team player with a collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Interest in Senior Living Interiors</li>\n<li><br><span>Strong project management skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><br><span>Able to work in a collaborative, open environment;
