As we grow, we are expanding our marketing team to strengthen our brand presence and support our next stage of growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Role Summary</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a hands‑on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Consultant</span> to design, model, and deliver high‑performance BI solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">semantic models</span>, efficient <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAX measures</span>, and impactful dashboards, while ensuring governance, performance, and security in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Service</span>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into BI specifications and data models.</li>\n<li>Design <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">star/snowflake</span> models with conformed dimensions and surrogate keys.</li>\n<li>Build optimized <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAX</span> (time intelligence, iterator patterns, context transition) and reusable calculation logic.</li>\n<li>Develop ETL/ELT using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Query (M)</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dataflows</span>, and SQL; implement <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">incremental refresh</span> and partitions.</li>\n<li>Choose and justify <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Import vs. DirectQuery vs. Composite</span> based on latency, volume, and SLA.</li>\n<li>Publish and manage content in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Service</span> (Workspaces, Apps, Dataflows, Gateways, Deployment Pipelines).</li>\n<li>Implement <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Row‑Level Security (RLS)</span> / <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Object‑Level Security (OLS)</span> and workspace governance.</li>\n<li>Optimize models and reports (cardinality reduction, aggregations, query folding, Performance Analyzer, DAX Studio).</li>\n<li>Create executive and operational dashboards with drill‑through, tooltips, bookmarks, and KPI storytelling.</li>\n<li>Partner with data engineering (SQL/Azure/Fabric) on pipelines, Lakehouse/Warehouse, and data quality.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation: data dictionary, lineage, refresh SLAs, and runbooks.</li>\n<li>Support production, monitor refreshes/capacity, and drive continuous improvement and user enablement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3–6+ years</span> building end‑to‑end Power BI solutions (modeling, DAX, visuals, deployment).</li>\n<li>Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span> (CTEs, window functions, query tuning).</li>\n<li>Advanced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAX</span> (CALCULATE, filter context, iterators, time intelligence).</li>\n<li>Solid <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Query (M)</span> with understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">query folding</span>.</li>\n<li>Proven experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RLS/OLS</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">incremental refresh</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DirectQuery/Composite models</span>.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI Service</span> (Workspaces, Apps, Dataflows, Gateways, Deployment Pipelines).</li>\n<li>Performance tuning using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Analyzer</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAX Studio / VertiPaq Analyzer</span>.</li>\n<li>Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Fabric</span> (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2) or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure</span> (Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, ADF).</li>\n<li>Tabular modeling tools (Tabular Editor, TOM/TMSL, calculation groups).</li>\n<li>CI/CD for BI (Git, Azure DevOps, Deployment Pipelines).</li>\n<li>Python/R for analytics; Power Automate integration.</li>\n<li>Certification: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PL‑300</span> (or equivalent).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Tools &amp; Stack</span></p>\n<p>Power BI Desktop &amp; Service, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Power Query (M), Fabric/Synapse (nice‑to‑have), Git/DevOps, Excel (Power Pivot).<br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<p>Ability to wrk on Eastern Time Zone, Remotely.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Equal Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>We value diversity and provide equal opportunities without regard to religion, gender, age, disability, or national origin.</p>",
