Overview The Opportunity: Assistant Studio Manager | Elements Massage We are not looking for a passive administrative assistant; we are looking for a hungry, emerging business leader. This role is a launchpad for a sharp professional who already has a baseline of experience managing others but wants to pull back the curtain and learn exactly how a successful operation is run. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to master daily studio operations, and a passion to actively participate in our business success, we will provide the direct mentorship and executive systems to scale your leadership career. We firmly believe that a positive, supportive team culture is critical to our success. We don't tolerate workplace drama. Instead, we invest heavily in building a collaborative environment where our service providers and front desk staff feel appreciated, motivated, and empowered to do their best work. As a leader here, guarding and nurturing this positive culture is your highest priority. Your Core Responsibilities Lead & Develop the Team: Onboard, mentor, and actively coach the front-of-house team. Conduct daily accountability conversations to keep performance high and protect our positive culture. Drive Membership Sales: Lead by example on the floor, coaching the front desk to consistently hit monthly wellness membership sales and promotional targets. Master Operational Systems: Partner with management to master our multi-platform studio software, maximize room utilization, and play "Tetris" with the booking schedule to eliminate gaps. Studio Upkeep: Take absolute ownership of the retail space by auditing cleanliness and presentation daily to ensure a premium guest experience. Build the Bench: Help maintain an "Always-On" recruiting pipeline for front desk and service staff to protect the health and stability of the studio. Qualifications & Requirements Baseline People Management: Strictly Required. You must have 1–2 years of direct experience leading others, managing staff performance, or holding a team accountable to standards. Completely Open Availability: Strictly Required. You must have the absolute capability to work peak volume hours—including evenings and weekends—to support the team, monitor workplace culture, and audit studio standards. A Competitive Spirit: A natural drive to win, smash sales goals, and push the team to lead the market in operational excellence. You find personal motivation in hitting performance benchmarks. An Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong desire to understand business metrics, look at the big picture, and take personal pride in hitting studio revenue goals. Professional Boundaries: The maturity to represent ownership on the floor and maintain the objective, professional distance required to lead effectively. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses and sales incentives tied directly to business success.
