This includes media and public relations, corporate and financial communications, executive profile, and employee communications. Operating globally, the team also collaborates with marketing to promote Tradeweb’s products and services and with investor relations to ensure a compelling financial narrative.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>As a member of the External Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Tradeweb's external profile and media strategy, positioning the company as a growing financial technology business and a leader in electronic trading. Working closely with our executives, product heads, and agency partners, you will drive strategic communications efforts that showcase our expertise in financial markets, manage relationships with key media and industry analysts, and strengthen engagement with critical stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on corporate and financial communications while ensuring that Tradeweb's messaging remains impactful and aligned with business objectives.</span></p>\n<p><br><span>This role requires a skilled communicator, strategist, and storyteller with a deep understanding of financial markets and a proven ability to create and promote thought leadership content and drive media coverage.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead and manage proactive media campaigns targeted at key financial and business press, working independently or in conjunction with colleagues and PR agencies (news releases, secured interviews, articles, blogs, social media content, etc.).</span></li>\n <li><span>Handle inbound journalist inquiries in an accurate and highly responsive manner to support our market commentary and data attribution programs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Help manage our day-to-day agency relationships and contracts with key providers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as a primary contact for industry research analysts, e.g., Crisil, Bloomberg Intelligence/TABB.</span></li>\n <li><span>Write, commission, and edit a range of markets and products content.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to competitive media analysis, monitoring, and reporting as needed, ensuring our press coverage reflects industry trends.</span></li>\n <li><span>Create compelling, interactive briefs for internal and external senior executive presentations and industry panel participation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>5–7+ years of experience in corporate communications, financial journalism, or at a PR agency.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of or experience in financial markets (ideally in fixed income or electronic markets).</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent contacts and rapport with top-tier financial media, and solid news judgment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong writing and content development skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent, incisive communication skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong knowledge of generative AI and other emerging technologies reshaping communications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Digital and social media experience in an enterprise corporate setting.</span></li>\n <li><span>A desire to learn — Tradeweb spans many global markets, and curiosity is key.</span></li>\n <li><span>Positive attitude — we are a lean, experienced, and hard-working team, and everybody pitches in to do whatever needs to be done.</span></li>\n <li><span>A focused competitor: you should want to win and share that success with your team.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working with PR/communications agencies, either in-house or on the agency side.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Additional Information</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
