          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, systems knowledgeable and comfortable working in a regulated scientific environment.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate project execution in a shared-resource environment (i.e. Sharepoint, etc…)&#xa0; where Study Directors, laboratory teams, and support functions operate within a matrix structure.</li><li>Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across Study Directors, operations and project teams.</li><li>Partner with Study Directors to develop and maintain integrated study schedules aligned with laboratory capacity and resource availability.&#xa0; Ensure laboratory operations are aware of coming projects, workloads and urgent timelines.</li><li>Serve as the primary coordination point among Study Directors, laboratory operations, QA, sales and finance.</li><li>Ensure study execution adheres to approved protocols, statements of work and agreed quotations.&#xa0; Work with Sales and other commercial teams to ensure alignment with Master Services Agreements (MSA).</li><li>Ensure project coordination activities support compliance with GLP regulations and internal SOPs.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating test material needs to different sites for identified programs/studies.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Basic Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree finance, business, economics or a life-science related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2+&#xa0;years&#xa0;of experience in sales, customer service, finance, sales operations or program/project management.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organization skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to travel 2 – 3 days per quarter to meet with key clients, attend team meetings and participate in mandatory trainings.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with GLP, GMP, ISO or other regulated laboratory environments.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM and LIMS systems.</li><li>Understanding of contract research or analytical testing services.</li></ul>",
