Description

Crème de la Crème is looking for passionate, energetic, and caring Before and After School Teacher/Bus Driver to join our quickly growing team! Crème de la Crème Early Learning Centers of Excellence is a growing community of 47 schools in 14 states. We are on the lookout for really great talent to help shape the future of our organization and the lives of the children we work with. The Before and After School Teacher/Bus Driver works closely with the center management team to efficiently plan daily bus schedules, provide transportation for students, and delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children. Schedule: Qualifications: Maintain a valid driver’s license Be a minimum of 21 years of age Have no record of a commercial motor vehicle moving violations, Reckless/careless driving offense, Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), or a Suspended driver’s license Experience in child care or a school setting (preferred). Responsibilities: Provide safe transportation for children. Ensures that vehicles are consistently clean and safe. Responsible for the organization and daily set-up of the school-age classroom. Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children, while executing the Crème curriculum, and maintaining classroom management Creating, submitting, and implementing of approved lesson plans and curriculum, and completing Daily Reports. Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside. Assisting children when necessary regarding dressing, toileting and/or diapering needs, and making sure all children have clean hands, face, and diapers. Building positive relationships with and practicing open and honest communication with parents, Team Members, and Management.
