Ce que vous ferez : • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients afin d’assurer une excellente prestation de services • Gérer et coordonner les bons de travail (appels de service) du début à la fin • Agir comme principal intermédiaire entre les clients, les fournisseurs, les partenaires et le siège social • Examiner les exigences EH&S (environnement, santé et sécurité) des fournisseurs afin d’assurer la conformité des travaux sur site • Gérer la base de données interne (STAMP) en assurant l’exactitude et l’intégrité des données saisies • Traiter quotidiennement les approbations des bons de travail • Analyser et identifier les possibilités de réparation et de services • Participer activement aux initiatives, réunions et activités de l’usine • Collaborer avec les clients afin d’améliorer la fiabilité et proposer des initiatives de réduction des coûts • Mettre en place des améliorations de processus basées sur les données et l’analyse • Coordonner l’expédition, la réception et l’accélération des commandes au besoin • Gérer et suivre l’inventaire des actifs réparables Pourquoi vous aimerez travailler avec nous : • Salaire compétitif • Assurances médicales, dentaires et visuelles • Possibilités d’avancement • Environnement de travail dynamique • Stabilité d’emploi • Esprit d’équipe Ce que nous recherchons chez vous : • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et capacité à apprendre rapidement les logiciels des clients • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) • Capacité à communiquer clairement avec divers intervenants • Sens de l’organisation élevé et grande attention aux détails Atouts : • Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou industriel • Expérience en service à la clientèle This onsite individual will act as the primary liaison between our company and the customer on all day-to-day operations managing service calls. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive mindset, can-do attitude, organized, good social skills, and attention to detail.
