administrator of the Cornerstone LMS, including user management, course uploads, and system configuration</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs, develops, and edits online courseware using authoring software (Articulate, Captivate, and SCORM)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Introduces different elements (text, audio, video, graphics, and animation) into new &amp;
