Our Iron Ridge plant runs multiple production lines &mdash; bottling, pouching, blending, and liquid filling &mdash; and we&#39;re growing.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&#39;re hiring Operators in Training on all shifts. If you take pride in doing things right, like working with your hands, and want a team that invests in your growth, we&#39;d love to meet you.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Role</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As an Operator In Training, you&#39;re the person who keeps our lines running clean, safe, and on-spec. You&#39;ll start on a structured 4-week training program that takes you from Day 1 onboarding through full sign-off as a certified Operator &mdash; including forklift certification, lockout/tagout, allergen training, and hands-on time at every major station. Once trained, you&#39;ll independently run production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, document quality checks in our ERP system, and help mentor newer associates.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What You&#39;ll Do</h1><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Operate production equipment across our Bottling, Bartelt pouching, Matrix labeling, and Blending lines &mdash; startup, run, troubleshoot, shutdown.</li><li>Perform hourly quality checks: weigh checks, metal detector verifications, lot code accuracy, label and seal inspections.</li><li>Document production activity in our Deacom ERP system &mdash; issue materials, receive finished goods, complete batch records.</li><li>Make equipment adjustments (fill weights, label alignment, seal temperatures) to keep product on-spec.</li><li>Support sanitation and allergen changeovers between batches &mdash; keeping food safety the top priority.</li><li>Operate forklifts and power stackers safely (we&#39;ll certify you if you&#39;re not already certified).</li><li>Communicate with Leads, QA, and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly and keep the line moving.</li><li>Follow all GMP, HACCP, and OSHA requirements without cutting corners.</li></ul><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What We&#39;re Looking For</h1><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required</h3><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic &mdash; our team counts on you to show up.</li><li>Ability to stand for full shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a temperature-variable plant environment.</li><li>Comfort following written and verbal instructions in English (or Spanish &mdash; we are a bilingual workplace).</li><li>Basic math skills (counting, weighing, simple unit conversions like ounces to grams).</li><li>Willingness to learn equipment, software (Deacom ERP), and food safety standards.</li></ul><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Nice to Have (Not Required &mdash; We&#39;ll Train You)</h3><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Prior experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or any production environment.</li><li>Forklift certification (we&#39;ll certify you in Week 1 if not).</li><li>OSHA 10 General Industry card.</li><li>Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or allergen management.</li><li>Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.</li></ul><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What You&#39;ll Get</h1><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Competitive hourly pay: $20 - 23/hr based on experience, with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.</li><li>Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.</li><li>A real training program &mdash; 4 weeks of structured, paid training with a dedicated Trainer and Lead, not &#39;figure it out as you go.&#39;</li><li>Career path: Associate &rarr; Operator &rarr; Lead &rarr; Trainer/Manufacturing Support.
