Having successfully built market leaders in filtration, medical, safety, instruments, heat transfer, and indoor air quality, Madison generates revenue of $5 billion, with an enterprise value worth well over $7 billion.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Under general supervision, perform a variety of tasks requiring a good working knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, machines and equipment, including, but not limited to: folding, assembling, labeling, laying or rolling stock, inspecting, cutting, and/or boxing, at efficiency standards dictated by the department.</li>\n <li>Immediately report to supervisor or group leader any unusual material, equipment problems or work conditions that would hinder operations, represents deviations from quality standards, good manufacturing practices or adversely affects safety standards.</li>\n <li>Work from product specifications or manuals to insure a quality product.  Inspect work as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform simple, routine and repetitive tasks using standard procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain housekeeping in assigned work area at all times of line stoppage during production runs and at the end of the shift.</li>\n <li>Perform all duties safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, such as: gloves, apron, and safety glasses, back support, etc.</li>\n <li>Observe all safety rules and immediately report hazards to the supervisor.</li>\n <li>Be punctual and at work daily.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Follow all company rules and regulations, per the Employee Handbook or department policy. Perform other duties as required.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to perform tasks in a standing position for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Able to satisfy the physical, visual and auditory requirements listed elsewhere in this job description.</li>\n <li>Able to speak, read and write in English highly desired.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent level of education highly desired.</li>\n <li>Manufacturing experience strongly preferred with a minimum of two years at one location.</li>\n <li>Assembly experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>More About Filtration Group</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Filtration Group is on a mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive.
