This role requires a proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking an early lead while remaining humble, collaborative and flexible.       "content": "<div>\n\n<li>8 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment</li>\n<li>Experience directly managing other product professionals, including being responsible for performance management and professional development</li>\n<li>Experience developing product team staffing models, consulting on job ladders and leading hiring initiatives</li>\n<li>Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role</li>\n<li>Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills</li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of product operations and agile frameworks</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in coaching others in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done</li>\n<li>Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments</li>\n<li>Masterful communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders</li>\n<li>Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of horizon two and three product strategy planning, and how to balance that against horizon one execution</li>\n<li>Experience writing or editing product processes for government or commercial proposals</li>\n<li>Past experience managing teams owning data platforms, lower environments and infrastructure products</li>\n\n</div>"
