    "description": "<h2>Danos Expectation</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> I&E Project Manager</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 5/2 (On call work may be required)</p>\n<p><strong>Work Location:</strong> Gray, Louisiana</p>\n<p>Manages specific activities related to operations and development of Instrumentation and Electrical projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing all aspects of instrumentation and electrical projects, from conception to completion.</li>\n <li>Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li>\n <li>Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.</li>\n <li>Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Monitoring project progress, performance and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.</li>\n <li>Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.</li>\n <li>Providing regular updates and reports to customer on project status and milestones.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in project management, with a focus on instrumentation and electrical systems.</li>\n <li>10+ years of I&E Field Experience</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and customers.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.</li>\n <li>Experience with project management tools and software.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Skilled in using Microsoft.</li>\n</ul>",
