    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>At DeCoach Recovery Centre, we don&#39;t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Since opening our doors, our mission has been clear: to provide individualized, comprehensive addiction treatment and give our clients a choice in their recovery. Because every recovery journey is as unique as our clients!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The Case Manager is responsible for providing <strong>direct client services</strong> that address individual client needs including <strong>linkage to resources</strong>, development of activities of <strong>daily living skills</strong>, advocacy, and support towards personal recovery goals. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients.&nbsp;<strong>The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provides <strong>case management</strong> under clinical supervision to adults with substance use and mental health disorders</li><li>Services are mostly <strong>community based</strong> to meet clients where they are and require the use of a company vehicle that is properly insured&nbsp;</li><li>Requires excellent <strong>communication skills</strong> to help facilitate client care</li><li>Obtain the following therapeutic services as determined by the Treatment Team and specified in the client&rsquo;s Individual Treatment Plan: Individual and group case management services, community activities, facility visits, vocational training, and coordination of care</li><li>Comply with all new and <strong>current policies</strong> and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre</li><li>Work with administrative/team managers to improve the <strong>quality of services</strong> through on-going studies of existing services, and needs assessment for improvement and revisions</li><li>Direct knowledge of <strong>behavioral health issues</strong>, correct documentation procedures, and current therapeutic methods.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Graduate from an <strong>accredited college/university&nbsp;</strong>or High School</li><li>Minimum of one year experience in a <strong>behavioral health</strong> or related field.</li><li>Active Driver&#39;s license and a clean driving required is required for this position.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision Heath Insurance</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Affiliated with the STAR program, assist employees in paying off student loans</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement program</li><li>Paid Time-Off&nbsp;</li><li>6 paid Holidays off</li></ul></div>\n<br/>8-4:30",
