Based out of our <strong>Whitby, Ontario office</strong>, this role offers a strong balance of field and office work, hands‑on learning, and mentorship within a collaborative team.</span></p><hr><h2><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Conduct pavement condition surveys, field inspections, and sampling for municipal and provincial transportation projects</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Support pavement investigations and rehabilitation studies through data collection and documentation</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Compile inspection data, photographs, and test results into technical notes and reports</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to develop practical pavement solutions</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Adhere to WSP’s health, safety, and quality standards while working in active field environments</span></li></ul><hr><h2><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">2–3 years of experience in pavement engineering, materials testing, or transportation infrastructure</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience with pavement condition surveys, borehole drilling, asphalt coring, or field investigations</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Familiarity with Ontario standards and specifications (e.g., MTO, OPSS)</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Ability to work in outdoor field environments and varying weather conditions</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites</span></li></ul><hr><h2><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></span></h2><p><span data-teams=\"true\">Why Choose WSP?
