At TW Constructors, we build more than facilities, we build community support and success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the work of Trade Partners, Company Labor, and Joint Venture Labor. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work is performed to standard, and adherence to budget and time frame of the project. The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and Trade Labor in their area of responsibility. A Superintendent assures <span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on assigned project work sites.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">This position is a night shift position that comes with a salary and per diem incentive.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and co-workers</li>\n<li>Able to read electrical diagrams/schematics</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to assure that the there is always adequate project resources.</span></li>\n<li>Actively contribute to the project schedule and close-out process<br></li>\n<li>Monitor project labor, project costs, and equipment needs</li>\n<li>Participate in the design development process to collaborate and value engineer construction methods to reduce time and cost</li>\n<li>Assist in the preconstruction, quality, and safety processes</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets, responsible for overall project delivery</li>\n<li>Ensure contractor compliance of safety/OSHA requirements are met on all job sites to minimize risk<br></li>\n<li>Establish effective relationships and strive for a collaborative team environment<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.</span></li>\n<li>Our projects are nationwide - Travel will be required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+  years of experience in commercial construction site management</li>\n<li>Design-Build experience is ideal</li>\n<li>Active jobsite experience and strong safety record </li>\n<li>Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.</li>\n<li>Significant knowledge of construction methods as well as an understanding of municipalities and the permit processes</li>\n<li>Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors</li>\n<li>Proven ability to negotiate and track change orders, submittals, RFI's, and pay requests</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time</li>\n<li>Proven ability to direct Superintendent to ensure accurate completion of project scope</li>\n<li>Documented ability to meet sensitive timelines</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Building Code and Safety Regulations</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Excel, and MS Project or other Project Management software</li>\n<li>Procore Certified or knowledge and skill in Procore<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding</span></span></li>\n<li>We are a drug free work place, must be able to pass pre and random drug tests</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to lead and motivate team members</li>\n<li>Thoughtful and confident decision making skills with high ethical standards</li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism</li>\n<li>Problem solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure</li>\n<li>Service-oriented approach in working with owners, co-workers, and any joint venture partners</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and high level of organization</li>\n<li>Reliable, dependable and professional with a strong sense of urgency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why People Choose TW Constructors</span></p>\n<p>TW Constructors is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people feel connected, valued, and able to reach their full potential.
