Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service:</span> </span><span>Provide warm, efficient, and attentive service to customers. Engage with patrons, understand their preferences, and address their needs courteously. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Beverage Service:</span> </span><span>Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, garnishing techniques, and present drinks professionally. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coffee Preparation:</span> </span><span>Prepare various coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes. Some venues stay open until 2am. Shifts may also include morning shifts starting at 7am for breakfast service, as well as afternoon and Happy Hour shifts.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>ACCOMMODATION</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>HHG provides staff accommodation in central Hakuba (mainly in Happo Village, Wadano, and Kamishiro).
