We currently have an opening at our Monmouth Beach, NJ location.</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>:&nbsp;Monday &amp; Friday (11am-7pm) -Tuesday-Wednesday &amp; Saturday 8am-4pm</p><p><strong>Pay: $16.50</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.</li><li>&nbsp;Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas</li><li>&nbsp;Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.</li><li>&nbsp;Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li><li>&nbsp;Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies</li><li>&nbsp;Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months</li><li>&nbsp;Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li></ul>",
