    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work overtime and shift schedules as required&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Push and pull materials and equipment as needed&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Travel up to 10% as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum of three years of verifiable work history&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></p>\n<p>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
