    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Campus Services Driver – Full Time</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>RiverWoods is seeking a Full-Time Campus Services Driver to support our active and engaging retirement community. In this role, you will play an essential part in providing daily living support and high-quality services to our residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We welcome team members who bring their best selves, unique skills, and a positive, “can-do” attitude. In return, you will experience our strong commitment to employee well-being, meaningful work, and a supportive community culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Exeter, NH</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full time, 32 hours/week with hours 10:30am – 7pm or 11am – 7:30pm. Must be willing to work at least 2 Saturdays/month (every Saturday preferred).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$17.50/hr or more DOE</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay starting at $17.50/hour, or higher depending on experience (DOE)</li>\n <li>Medical and dental insurance</li>\n <li>403(b) retirement plan with employer match</li>\n <li>Earned time off starting at 15 days per year</li>\n <li>6 paid holidays and 4 personal days</li>\n <li>Wellness programs</li>\n <li>On-site fitness opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee meal program</li>\n <li>Educational assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide safe, timely transportation for residents and guests to local appointments and destinations.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate vehicle logs and ensure all vehicles are clean, safe, and presentable inside and out.</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to teamwork.</li>\n <li>Safely lift at least 30lbs consistently and push up to 100lbs occasionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Good driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule</li>\n <li>Professional driving experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior experience working with older adults is a plus.</li>\n <li>CDL license is not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>A resume is not required to apply.
