          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Implementation Manager / Solution Architect</strong>&#xa0;to lead regional implementation and deployment of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Veeva Network and Salesforce deployment&#xa0;as part of a strategic commercial and data transformation initiative. This role will also leverage Salesforce expertise to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise landscape.</p><p>The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (both Human and Animal Health) with hands-on leadership in large-scale platform implementations. In addition to driving delivery, this person will play a key role in shaping and guiding high-performing project teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring alignment with global and local business needs.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Program Leadership</strong>: Lead end-to-end implementation programs &amp; projects for Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, ensuring delivery against global standards while accommodating local market requirements.</li><li><strong>Team Building &amp; Enablement</strong>: Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and capability growth to ensure long-term sustainability of the solutions.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Act as a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective management of differing priorities across global, regional, and local levels.</li><li><strong>Solution Ownership</strong>: Define functional requirements, oversee solution design, and collaborate with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams on data models, workflows, and platform alignment.</li><li><strong>Data Governance &amp; Compliance</strong>: Shape governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and transparency reporting.</li><li><strong>Strategic Integration</strong>: Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms, maximizing value creation across commercial and medical functions.</li><li><strong>Delivery Excellence</strong>: Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business impact.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Contribute insights on industry trends and emerging best practices to shape the roadmap and ensure that solutions remain future-ready.</li></ul>",
