Your Workplace / Location:  Your home office in Switzerland, ideally in the Zurich or Geneva region Start Date:  As soon as possible Your mission Independently and systematically expand a defined business segment (industry) for the go-to-market strategy of our product “Amberlo” in Switzerland Analyze market and customer potential and identify opportunities for customer and industry strategies Acquire new B2B customers through to contract closure and beyond, including regular revenue reporting Develop tailored customer solutions during the sales process (solution selling) through analysis and consultation of customers and prospects Expand the sales network and identify cross- and upselling potential Build, manage, and further develop the partner channel in Switzerland in close collaboration with our external partners Conduct customer meetings and presentations (digital and/or on-site) Work closely with Product Management to continuously enhance the product Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer data in the CRM system Your profile Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial training Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (solution selling / SaaS) or comparable experience Experience with common CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics Strong affinity for new customer acquisition You already have initial experience working with and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel (inter)nationally for trade fairs, customer visits, and internal workshops How you impress us personally You are rhetorically strong and enjoy direct interaction with people. You have strong closing skills as well as presentation and negotiation competence. You enjoy working independently and responsibly and are digitally savvy. You are eager to learn and motivated to actively shape and drive our success. Your team You will become part of our Sales Team responsible for law firms.
