Our team aims to create more than a structure; we strive to build long-term relationships with both our employees and our clients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**Some Travel may be required and ICI provides a 20% Salary Bonus to Employees who travel!</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Some of the specific responsibilities of a Project Superintendent include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Working as a core member of a dedicated ICI Team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades and internal team members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Managing the day to day activities of complicated project sites in the education, restaurant, retail and auto markets and ensuring top-quality results through effective management of resources and the construction process.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintaining a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping regulations and safety requirements, enforcing safe work habits and observing OSHA and any state-level agencies' regulations</span></li>\n<li><span>Overseeing and Inspecting work in progress against designs, plans, specifications, subcontracts/scopes, shop drawings and overall craftsmanship.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reducing project risk by reliably documenting and managing jobsite details, reporting on daily progress, conducting weekly site meetings and inspections, developing six-week look ahead schedules and managing the overall schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain client relationships by meeting and managing client expectations, professionally addressing any concern or escalating issues as appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Skills and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>10 Years Construction experience at a GC / CM firm</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid, professional, communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to produce innovative solutions to complex challenges</span></li>\n<li><span>Results-driven ability to effectively manage and follow-up on multiple priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>Computer skills should include: Windows PC, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows File Management</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven supervision and management skills to motivate/manage people and teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Procore Experience / Certification a Plus</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Certifications, Licenses &amp; Registration</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain the Walmart Safety, Employment, Waste, Stormwater Compliance Certification</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 Hour Certification or an ability to obtain</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Physical Requirements:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Position requires walking on rough/uneven terrain, frequent pushing/pulling/carrying of equipment/objects/debris of varying and often awkward sizes, shapes, and weights, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing on the job site.</li>\n<li>Sitting, standing and walking for extended periods. Climbing multiple flights of stairs and ladders repeatedly.</li>\n<li>Occasionally may lift to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>",
