Other duties may be assigned. Employees are expected to be awake and alert while working.<br />\n&bull; Assess individual and family situations with a focus on school success.<br />\n&bull; Identify problem areas, treatment goals, and methods to attain goals leading to improved performance at school.<br />\n&bull; Assist school personnel when behavioral situations occur involving students on your caseload.<br />\n&bull; Work with the education team and local school district to develop a comprehensive Individual Education Plan and to monitor the ongoing progress of the child and family.<br />\n&bull; Provide therapeutic services to children and families using differential modalities.<br />\n&bull; Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and to monitor the ongoing progress of the child and family.<br />\n&bull; Work with referring and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence as needed.<br />\n&bull; Record and maintain case records in accordance with agency OMH, DOE, and other state mandates.<br />\n&bull; Participate in intake assessments as assigned.<br />\n&bull; Work with referring school districts and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence as needed.<br />\n&bull; Other duties as assigned.</span></div>\n\n<div style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\">&nbsp;</div>\n\n<div style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif\"><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
