You will manage the lab tools, equipment and data systems to support efficient and effective quality testing capabilities of the site.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\">&nbsp;</p><h3><span style=\"color:windowtext;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;\" lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>How You Will Make an Impact:</strong></span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Execute quality initiatives and control processes in alignment with SI and local regulatory statutes</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ensure daily adherence to all SIG written processes and procedures and approved departmental best practices</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Support process improvement, quality improvement, cost reduction, waste minimization and other efficiency increasing activities</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Provide technical service to both internal and external customers through the resolution of quality problems and customer complaints related</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Conduct conformance testing of in-coming materials and out-going products to meet specifications</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Maintain the quality laboratory, equipment and tools, in-process, and associated quality records and systems in compliance with ISO 9000 programs and standards.
