    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>SUMMARY </strong></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Stewart Mechanical is looking to hire an experienced Plumbing and HVAC estimator with design-build knowledge and a commercial Plumbing and or HVAC background who will bid and win projects, experienced enough to estimate an accurate assessment of the project requirements while keeping the professional culture.</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Review project specifications and drawings.</li>\r\n<li>Generate accurate takeoffs using computer software estimating programs. Thorough knowledge of Plumbing and Pipefitting systems is required.</li>\r\n<li>Manage bid invitations.</li>\r\n<li>Prepare plumbing budgets.</li>\r\n<li>Manage multiple bids at the same time.</li>\r\n<li>Send out bid invitations to vendors and subcontractors.
