    "description": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Electrical Foreman will participate and oversee the installation or maintenance and inspection of large electrical Projects, Systems and supervise team members including Sub-Contractors.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities: </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites</li>\r\n\t<li>Act as a team leader in the execution of electrical work</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversee and audit site safely and quality control programs</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversee and coordinate any Sub-Contractors work that may be working under the Electrical Division</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate field trade activities in accordance with the project schedule and help with developing the three weeks look ahead coordination schedules with all appropriate Project Team Participants</li>\r\n\t<li>Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure field installation compliance with all technical specifications, approved shop drawings &amp; submittals</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate equipment and specialty material deliveries and staging requirements</li>\r\n\t<li>Supervise and participate in the installations of Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, Instrumentation and Controls, UPS, Generator and other related systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Additional duties as directed by management</li>\r\n</ul>",
