      "text": "As a Schoolwide Support Teacher, you will be responsible for:",
      "content": "\n<li data-section-id=\"xl5mri\" data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"992\">Assisting Lead Teachers and classroom teams with daycare and preschool classroom activities, lesson plans, and age-appropriate curriculum</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"on5bk4\" data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1159\">Supporting children through daily childcare routines including arrival, circle time, meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, outdoor play, and classroom transitions</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10ps617\" data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1305\">Helping create a positive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14lubod\" data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1423\">Supervising children throughout the day to ensure safety, engagement, and compliance with teacher-to-child ratios</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7d00xw\" data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1584\">Maintaining classroom cleanliness, organization, and sanitization in accordance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kqa29u\" data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1683\">Assisting with classroom setup, snack and meal support, and daily daycare operations as needed</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jq53zo\" data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1794\">Floating between classrooms to support staffing coverage and operational needs across the childcare center</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ov3py9\" data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1922\">Building strong relationships with children, families, teachers, and center leadership through teamwork and professionalism</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ll00b0\" data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"2048\">Supporting compliance with all daycare licensing requirements, center policies, and early childhood education regulations</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cthnwz\" data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2165\">Helping maintain classrooms that are prepared for licensing visits, inspections, and quality assurance standards</li>\n"
