Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex facility and chemical/gas systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations</li><li>Support the full equipment lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning</li><li>Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance; diagnose root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions</li><li>Lead start-up, commissioning, QC validation, and ongoing support of chem/gas systems, including coordination with OEMs and cross-functional teams</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical drawings, schematics, and manuals</li><li>Execute system modifications, demolitions, teardowns, and component reuse while supporting operational needs and project execution</li><li>Monitor performance, maintain detailed records, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standard</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, technical certifications, or military background</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform precision maintenance on complex mechanical and electrical systems (PLC knowledge preferred)</li><li>Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation; strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li><li>Capable of working independently while also supporting major overhauls, shutdowns, and cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Experience conducting root cause failure analysis (RCFA), improving equipment reliability, and mentoring junior technicians</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong> <ul><li>Background in advanced maintenance, manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments preferred but not required; experience in mechanical and electrical systems</li><li>Technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus</li><li>Demonstrates strong ownership of equipment reliability and uptime, proactively identifying and resolving issues</li><li>Committed to high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship with a focus on accuracy and efficiency</li></ul> <p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
