With a commitment to trust, safety, and service excellence, we deliver tailored charter solutions and seamless travel experiences supported by a modernized fleet and nationwide reach. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role  </span></p>\n<p>The Citation X Captain operates CE-750 aircraft as Pilot-In-Command (PIC), ensuring safe, legal, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering top-tier passenger service on Part 135 charter missions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The PIC shall be responsible for, and is the final authority as to the operation, safety and security of the aircraft, all crew members, passengers, and cargo carried onboard. In an in-flight emergency requiring immediate action, he may deviate from any regulation as necessary and to the extent required to meet that emergency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities  </span></p>\n<p>The duties listed below accurately reflect the core regulatory responsibilities and qualifications mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and are fully aligned with the company’s operations manual.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A complete and detailed description of all PIC duties and responsibilities is available in the company’s General Operations Manual (GOM), which serves as the authoritative source for operational guidance and will remain accessible to all personnel for reference and compliance purposes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exercise PIC authority</span> for the safe, legal, and compliant operation of all flights in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 and company GOM.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure full regulatory compliance</span> with FAA requirements, including flight planning, weather minimums, routing, aircraft performance, MEL/CDL adherence, and airworthiness status prior to departure.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conduct required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties</span> in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs, including inspections, checklist usage, and documentation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain operational control support</span> by coordinating with dispatch/operations while retaining final authority for go/no-go decisions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure crew compliance</span> with duty/rest limitations, qualification currency, and all safety management system (SMS) practices.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply Crew Resource Management (CRM)</span> and threat/error management to ensure safe, efficient flight operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manage abnormal and emergency situations</span> in accordance with FAA-approved procedures and company training.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensure passenger safety and regulatory adherence</span> for all onboard activities, including briefings, security considerations, and cabin compliance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain accurate records and reporting</span>, including discrepancies, maintenance write-ups, and required operational documentation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Uphold company service standards</span> while ensuring no deviation from regulatory or safety requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid CE-750 Type Rated Captain (PIC); applications without this certification will not be considered.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>ATP / MEL</li>\n<li>Current FAA First Class Medical certificate</li>\n<li>Valid Passport</li>\n<li>U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status (valid Resident Alien Card) with unrestricted right to work.</li>\n<li>ICAO eligible for international operations.</li>\n<li>Ability to successfully complete Company training and demonstrate proficiency in all required duties.</li>\n<li>Part 135 experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Flight Time Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3,500 total flight hours</li>\n<li>1,500 hours PIC (any aircraft)</li>\n<li>250 hours PIC in CE-750 type</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters CE-750 systems, pre/post-flight planning, aircraft performance, and airworthiness verification.</li>\n<li>Drives proactive aircraft readiness, downtime reduction, and mission success through ownership mindset.</li>\n<li>Delivers exceptional passenger service alongside cross-functional collaboration for Company growth objectives.</li>\n<li>Promotes proactive communication, workload sharing, and threat/error management, aligning FO support with mission goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home-based, with rotating schedule: 8/6 or 15/13.</li>\n<li>Jet Excellence hires home-based pilots residing in the domestic United States who live within one (1) hour of a major airport and can travel as required for flight assignments and operational support. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation And Benefits  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Salary:</li>\n<li>Fully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>401k Plan w/Matching  </li>\n<li>Per Diem</li>\n<li>Extra day pay for days flown in addition to the normal schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><em>Jet Excellence, LLC is an equal opportunity employer that provides equal employment opportunities (EEO).</em> </p>",
