This is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate to collaborate with our supportive and knowledgeable team of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Labour Relations, Talent Development, and HR Systems professionals. Gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines all while contributing to our mission of achieving a more secure world through innovation.</p><p>With the support of HR Specialists and the HR Business Partner team:</p><ul><li>Talent Acquisition: Partner with managers to develop hiring plans and support the recruitment process by designing job advertisements, developing tailored interview guides, and being an active participant in interviews.</li><li>Compensation: Advise managers on our compensation philosophy, support cyclical salary reviews, provide recommendations on promotional increases, and collaborate with talent acquisition to determine starting salaries.</li><li>Labour Relations: Interpret collective agreements and contribute to harmonious working relationships between our managers, employees, and union representatives.</li><li>Employee Relations: Support managers through performance management, promoting continued development and recognition of strong performance and speedily addressing performance challenges.</li><li>Organizational Design: Advise managers on team design and role definition.</li><li>Special Initiatives: Participate in various HR initiatives to build your HR domain expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.</li></ul>",
