With more than 1 million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits, and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking <strong>Seasonal</strong> <strong>IT Professionals</strong> who play an essential role in the US Open experience. In this role, you will be responsible for daily support of desktops, laptops, hardware and software for clients for US Open Systems.</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the IT Project Manager in set-up, testing, training, and client support for US Open Systems (i.e. Credentials, Meal Allowance, gift cards, and Access Control)</li>\n <li>Install and configure software on PCs, Handheld Scanners, POS Terminals, and Verifones</li>\n <li>Responsible for deploying hardware</li>\n <li>Responsible for testing systems following provided Test Plans</li>\n <li>Responsible for training clients in the use of systems and troubleshooting systems</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have knowledge of computer systems</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable of basic computer hardware and software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite & Windows)</li>\n <li>Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform</li>\n <li>Must maintain a positive demeanor</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends, and extended hours</li>\n <li>Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Bilingual (preferred)</li>\n <li>This position is non-exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of <strong>$25.00- $35.00</strong>.
