          "text": "<p>Are you driven by strengthening finance and risk functions that enable organizations to perform and transform?</p><p>As we expand our U.S. presence, Implement Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience at a reputable management consultancy to help grow our Finance &amp; Risk practice in Raleigh.</p><p>This role combines strategic advisory, transformation leadership, and entrepreneurial influence in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p>You will lead and deliver high-impact Finance &amp; Risk engagements, advising CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders across industries.</p><p>Your focus areas may include:</p><ul><li><p>Finance transformation and target operating models</p></li><li><p>Risk management frameworks and governance structures</p></li><li><p>Performance management and controlling concepts</p></li><li><p>Regulatory and compliance initiatives</p></li><li><p>Financial planning, cost optimization, and capital management</p></li><li><p>Finance systems and reporting transformation</p></li></ul><p>Beyond delivery, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Build trusted senior client relationships</p></li><li><p>Contribute to business development and practice growth</p></li><li><p>Coach and develop consultants</p></li><li><p>Facilitate executive workshops and steer complex stakeholder landscapes</p></li></ul><p>We work from strategy through implementation — ensuring lasting results.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation</p></li><li><p>A proven track record of leading complex programs</p></li><li><p>Experience advising senior finance and risk stakeholders</p></li><li><p>An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a growing practice</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results</p></li><li><p>Authorization to work in the U.S.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Implement, culture is how we create results.
