We are fast paced, ever evolving and constantly challenging ourselves to do things better!<br><br>As a company, we place strong emphasis on developing and building strong relationships with our partners and clients, including our most important partnership – Our people.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to successfully lead our Newcastle installers.</p>\n<p>Supporting the Branch Manager you will be accountable for leading several crews plus subcontractors from a fixed location. <br><br></p>\n<p>You will oversee the daily operations of the branch including;</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and mentorship of the crews</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Operations - Ensuring day to day business activities are running effectively and Liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, P&amp;C, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the operations teams, to coordinate and plan daily/ weekly installation &amp; dismantle schedules for crews</li>\n<li>Compliance; Ensuring quality product installation and dismantles</li>\n<li>Coordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training, including onsite</li>\n<li>Buildsafe customer representative; Onsite customer visits, measuring and estimating when needed</li>\n<li>Driving our Buildsafe Workplace Culture – fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<p>You are a current site supervisor or leading hand, who has experience running crews, and one who leads from the front and by example, whilst possessing a high level of personal drive, ownership and professionalism.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Key Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership skills</li>\n<li>Drivers licence and whitecard (essential)</li>\n<li>Scaffold experience and management of crews (highly regarded)</li>\n<li>Previous experience with onsite supervision</li>\n<li>Sound level of computer skills</li>\n<li>High level of organisation and time management skills</li>\n<li>Problem solver and solution focused</li>\n<li>Customer service – Experience dealing with Builders &amp; supervisors</li>\n<li>Confident communicator</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Buildsafe can offer you</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly pay + bonus scheme</li>\n<li>Choice of a work phone or phone allowance</li>\n<li>Work ute provided</li>\n<li>Excellent team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing a platform for individuals to succeed both personally and professionally.
