This role offers an excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Details</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Setting:</span> Outpatient clinical environment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Population:</span> Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Type:</span> Full-Time, Onsite<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.</li>\n<li>Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.</li>\n<li>Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.</li>\n<li>Schedule patients appointments in office</li>\n<li>Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Therapist (PT)</span> in the state of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pennsylvania</span> (required)</li>\n<li>Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care</li>\n<li>Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Pay Range:</span> $80,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid Time Off (PTO):</span> Generous accrual for vacation and personal time<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid Company Holidays</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health Insurance Allowance</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Growth:</span> Supportive environment for continued education and development<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join CarePath?</span></span></p>\n<p>At CarePath Injury Centers, we take pride in creating a positive, team-driven environment where providers feel supported and valued.
