Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.</em><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Role:</span><br>As a Business Analyst, you'll support our flagship <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Trade and Market Surveillance</span> platform, working with high-volume datasets and complex client requirements. Over time, you'll also contribute to other products in our Solutions portfolio.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What You’ll Do:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consult with clients to understand surveillance needs and workflows</li>\n<li>Analyze customer data schemas and identify enhancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Design <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ETL workflows</span>, create <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">flow/UML diagrams</span>, and analyze large datasets</li>\n<li>Write clear and detailed <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">functional/technical specifications</span> (FRS) based on business requirements (BRDs)</li>\n<li>Conduct walkthroughs of specifications with both internal teams and clients</li>\n<li>Estimate implementation efforts in collaboration with project managers</li>\n<li>Perform <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QA</span> on implementations to ensure high alert quality and low false positives</li>\n<li>Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the product lifecycle<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Requirements:<br></span><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Finance</li>\n<li>2–4 years in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business/Functional/Data Analyst</span> role within<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">financial services</span></li>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li>\n<li>Familiarity with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">trading workflows</span><span> </span>or<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">market microstructure</span><span> </span>(Equities, Fixed Income, FX/MM or Derivatives)</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">large, time-series datasets</span> (millions of records per day) is a<span> </span>plus</li>\n<li>Hands-on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span> experience;
