In this role, you will oversee daily plant activities, including production, organization, housekeeping, and personnel management. If you are passionate about plant operations and team leadership, we would love to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure PPE compliance and maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Communicate with other ADS facilities and offices.</li>\n <li>Report unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries to the Plant Manager.</li>\n <li>Schedule weekly production and tooling changeovers.</li>\n <li>Operate forklifts and perform preventive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Maintain product and resin sampling schedules.</li>\n <li>Meet housekeeping expectations.</li>\n <li>Review inventory reports.</li>\n <li>Participate in training programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure quality specifications are met.</li>\n <li>Maintain production efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Manage tooling schedules and equipment troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Oversee raw material inventory and personnel administration.</li>\n <li>Promote ADS CORE VALUES and a positive work environment.</li>\n <li>Manage operating supply purchases.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Supervisory training or related experience.</li>\n <li>Basic industrial maintenance/mechanical training.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 continuous hours.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in extreme temperatures.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle materials and perform physical labor.</li>\n <li>Full range of body motion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leadership and mathematical skills.</li>\n <li>Inventory management and intermediate computer skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with BOM products.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ADS products and operating systems.</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude and production equipment knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Compensation Range</strong>$110,000.00- $130,000.00Individual pay may vary and is determined by work location, shift, and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
