    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Controller is responsible for overseeing manufacturing cost accounting, inventory integrity, financial reporting accuracy, and operational financial controls. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and engineering to Month-end responsibilities analyze production variances, maintain accurate inventory and costing, support month-end close, and drive process improvements across the organization.</p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" data-pasted=\"true\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Analyze BI reports (COP, Production, PVE) to ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies and resolve findings.</li><li>Review and analyze production orders for variances and initiate corrective actions.</li><li>Update and maintain production order statuses.</li><li>Review stock comparison reports and post or investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor and resolve EWM queue errors.</li><li>Review and post difference analyzer entries.</li><li>Review engineering change notifications for accounting and costing impact.</li><li>Perform cost rolls as needed.</li><li>Review uncosted material reports and resolve exceptions.</li><li>Provide financial guidance and respond to daily requests for support or direction across the business.</li><li>Participate in production order MUV meetings to review and discuss variances.</li><li>Conduct periodic physical and systematic inventory audits (e.g., storage bin audits).</li><li>Review G/L accounts for spend accuracy and potential errors.</li><li>Support ongoing variance monitoring and financial control processes.</li><li>Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance costing accuracy and financial processes.</li><li>Ensure integrity of manufacturing financial data and internal controls in ERP systems (e.
