Your Mission: As Group Product Manager for our Travel Management vertical , you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a big piece of Engine’s core, strategic product lines. You’ll lead a team of product managers and work across engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market to launch and scale a best-in-class travel management experience. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function - the engine that makes our travel platform work for businesses. Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy, including resource allocation, goal setting and strategic execution. This requires a balance between long and short term as well as a balance between individual team goals and the larger product area goals. Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team. You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed. What You’ll Bring to Engine: Experience: 10+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a people management or group PM role. Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful financial products at scale. Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on solving real problems for customers, with strong UX instincts and analytical rigor. Tech Fluency: Comfort and experience working with technical teams Mindset: You’re a builder at heart—hands-on, collaborative, and excited to scale a new product from the ground up. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
