    "description": "<p><strong>ROLE SUMMARY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsible for developing and instructing Driver Training Academy&rsquo;s, EMT-Basic Training Academy&rsquo;s, EMT Advanced Training Academy&rsquo;s, EMT-Paramedic Training Academy&rsquo;s and EMT-Paramedic Ventilator &amp; Critical Care Training Academy&rsquo;s.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This is an Exempt/Salaried position.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing Driver Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing EMT-Basic Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing EMT-Advanced Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing EMT-Paramedic Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing EMT-Paramedic Ventilator Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing and instructing EMT-Paramedic Critical Care Training Academy programs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing, scheduling, monitoring and ensuring high quality field precepting program for Academy students with field ambulance crews.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for developing, scheduling, monitoring and ensuring high quality clinical site precepting program for Academy students with hospital staff.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates complete knowledge, understanding and compliance of company policies and procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure security of buildings, vehicles, equipment, medications and all other company property.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures the security of all company computer systems by adhering to security procedures and utilizing appropriate passwords policies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adheres to Universal Precautions/Body Substance Isolation when dealing with patient contacts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Is familiar with and practices the Infection Control policies and procedures of the company.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accepts responsibility for recertification as a Paramedic and for other required license&rsquo;s and certifications as required by company, local, regional, and state policies, regulations or laws.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains security and privacy of all confidential and proprietary company information at all times in accordance with company policy.</li>\r\n\t<li>Always maintains security and privacy of all company and patient information in accordance HIPPA and all other local, state and federal regulations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Acts at all times with his/her personal safety in mind, as well as the safety of others.</li>\r\n\t<li>Reports to assigned shifts on time, properly groomed in uniform and on time unless the proper notification has been made.
