The Customer Experience Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CER will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Opening available at the following branch location: 4599 AIRPORT RD TIMMINS, ON P4N 7C3</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a Full-Time position that pays $18.50 / hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule </li>\n <li>Employee discount</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday: 7:00am - 5:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Tuesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Wednesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Thursday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Sunday: 11</strong><strong>:00am - 5:00pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors</li>\n <li>Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone</li>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide directions and general assistance</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions</li>\n <li>Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed</li>\n <li>Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services </li>\n <li>May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance </li>\n <li>Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed</li>\n <li>Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or above required; some college preferred</li>\n <li><p>Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support</p></li>\n <li>Must have a valid <strong>Ontario G or G2 drivers license</strong> with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li><strong>Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Monday: 7:00am - 5:00pm</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Tuesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Wednesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Thursday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Sunday: 11</strong><strong>:00am - 5:00pm</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
