At Embrace Pathways, we value your dedication and hard work and give you the tools and experience needed to succeed and become a leader in the clinical field.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and Duties:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct clinical supervision staff/interns/clinicians directly, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Maintain a small client caseload</li>\n<li>Support supervises in meeting productivity requirements</li>\n<li>Monitor caseloads &amp; related duties, coordinate activities of staff providing services to meet the treatment plan goals of individuals and families.</li>\n<li>Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.</li>\n<li>Provide clinical coverage</li>\n<li>Collaborate on annual reviews of assigned clinicians</li>\n<li>Coordinate clinical presentations for staff meeting</li>\n<li>Attend Staff Meeting</li>\n<li>Attend Supervisors Meeting</li>\n<li>Maintain billable hours based on contract</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned as the program evolves and needs change</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology or similar degree</li>\n<li>Must be independently licensed as an LMHC</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years' post-licensed</li>\n<li>Familiar with the provision of services via telehealth and management of a remote workforce</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">License/Certification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years post-license (Required)</li>\n<li>LMHC (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sign-On Bonus: $5,000</span></li>\n<li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li>\n<li>Employee assistance program (EAP)<br></li>\n<li>100% Employer paid Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off<br></li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n<li>8 hour shifts</li>\n<li>One late night required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ability to Commute:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Malden, MA 02148 (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
