This role is located in Westborough, MA or Boston, MA.&nbsp;</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Working within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Platform Leadership, and US Transfer Agency teams to understand and prioritize client system development requirements</span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Providing ongoing engineering and product support, addressing issues as they arise, and conducting analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements</span></li><li style=\"color: black; padding: 0in;\">Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Mutual Funds/ETFs/Alternatives/Digital Assets, is highly desirable.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;
