JOB SUMMARY Position Summary Responsible for general maintenance of the casino/hotel buildings. Performs basic duties in several areas of operations services. These duties are wide ranging and require the ability to make decisions and perform work based on knowledge of the facility and past experience. This function operates while skilled trades are unavailable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot and repair property equipment. Maintain logs on equipment. Proficiency in all phases of operation of fire panels. Recommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if needed. Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Experience with plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, and repair or maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems. Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance. Maintains a safe work environment. Ability to operate forklift Ability to operate motor vehicles Able to operate computer to access work orders, update work orders, and respond to relevant e-mails as needed Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks on a minute-by-minute basis
