Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to make a significant impact in your career? Join our dynamic team at Fresh Products as a Regional Sales Manager and help drive our sales efforts to new heights! In this role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, manage a team of manufacturer's reps, and drive profitable growth in the central territory. You'll have the opportunity to shape and implement innovative sales strategies, build strong relationships with key customers, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed annual sales and profit targets. Develop and execute detailed sales plans. Lead and manage national and regional accounts to success. Guide and motivate manufacturer rep teams to meet sales goals. Travel as needed to attend trade shows and business events. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts. Collaborate with Field Sales Directors and the Field Sales Organization. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution. Execute campaigns, generate leads, and follow up on opportunities through CRM. Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement solutions. Negotiate and manage rebate programs with customers. Launch new products and provide feedback on market reception. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on sales or equivalent experience. 5 years of progressive sales management experience. Experience in distribution Experience in the Jan-San industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRMs Ability to travel 50-75% of each month Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external customers. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities and priorities. Communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
