This exciting Career opportunity will provide Operational and Administrative support across the BAS corporate department and will work closely with our Management, Administrative, Sales &amp; Proposal Generation and BAS Construction Operation Teams.  We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a technical background and a track record or desire to pursue a career in Sales. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">This position is a customer facing role</span>.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\">Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\">Responsibilities and Duties:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Reviewing and analyzing BAS project contract documents, plans and specifications to gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the project requirements for developing sales estimates under the supervision of the Director of Energy Solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Attending site visits/walk-throughs, reviewing plan and specification documents and Design/Build Statements of Work (SOW) to perform BAS project take-offs, Material &amp; Labor Estimates and generate Cost Proposals under the supervision of the Director of Energy Solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Developing and maintaining relationships with Company BAS vendors and suppliers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Managing bids and pricing from subcontractors and vendors (as required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Maintaining required Estimating Software (bidtracer) and data used for the preparation of Company estimates under the supervision of the Director of Energy Solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Develop rapport and maintain a working relationship with assigned owners, End-Users, Consulting Engineering Firms, General Contractors, Design/Build Firms and Mechanical Contractors to secure contracts for the Company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Generating new Sales Leads and conducting follow-ups after making initial contact with customers until the sale is closed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Supporting the BAS Construction Team as a customer liaison to ensure that all project requirements are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Presenting and reviewing awarded estimate details to management during job costing setup.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Working with Operations and other internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\">Job Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Bachelor’s Degree from a US accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of 2 years professional experience is preferred but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years professional experience strongly considered</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working in the Building Automation System (BAS), Direct Digital Control (DDC), Energy Management or any other Controls field in a similar or related position is desired.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\">Must have experience with estimating software and/or Microsoft excel spreadsheet design.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Possess the expertise and talent in the areas of marketing, negotiation, selling systems requiring technical knowledge of the Industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to be attentive and responsive to client concerns and provide solutions strategically.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Maintain professionalism when answering the phone, emails, and staff questions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Proficient in working with others to plan, conduct, and report work efforts.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time and technical constraints.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to establish effective collaborative working relationships across different functional areas.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Must possess a high level of ownership, enthusiasm, and a collaborative, professional temperament.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;
