Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain, diagnose and repair a variety of heavy equipment, such as: Off-highway Trucks, Compactors, Dozers, Excavators, Wheel and Backhoe Loaders, Graders, Skid Steer Loaders and Telehandlers.</li>\n <li>Accurately disassemble, inspect, determine parts needed and reassemble to factory specifications</li>\n <li>Accurately perform preventive maintenance, test equipment and conduct inspections to ensure proper operation</li>\n <li>Operate lifting devices</li>\n <li>Order, exchange and return parts for assigned jobs in timely manner </li>\n <li>Demonstrate proper use of service information systems </li>\n <li>Complete service reports and all other paperwork accurately and on-time</li>\n <li>Performs all tasks by adhering to and following all applicable and required safety standards and procedures at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure total customer service through direct customer interactions.</li>\n <li>May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year-experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel equipment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and proper repair procedures.</li>\n <li>Able to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, operating and maintenance service manuals.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate lifting devices.</li>\n <li>Ability to use diagnostic equipment </li>\n <li>Familiarization of electronic cables, connections, and sensors.</li>\n <li>A demonstrated commitment to accuracy, organization and ability to prioritize tasks is required.</li>\n <li>Previous experience on CAT equipment is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.</li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li>Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machines in order to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift varied weight.</li>\n <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
