The Plant Technician will support daily plant operations, product handling, loading, blending, equipment checks, housekeeping, and quality standards to help ensure every customer order is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.</p><p>The role will require working physically on-site at the <strong>San Augustine satellite plant</strong>, while also staying connected to the Henderson team for communication, operational support, training, and accountability. Able to perform these operations using weight and volume measurements. </p><p>Able to manipulate/carry/lift bags up to 100 lbs. </p><p>Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. </p><p>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook, are required.   </p><p>Previous experience on chemical plants is preferred. </p><p>Works outdoors in all weather conditions.
