    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.</li><li>Responsible for preventative maintenance on company vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, replacement of brakes, and tune-ups.</li><li>Communicates any needs or problems relating to equipment maintenance or repair to the Service Writer and/or Mechanic Supervisor.</li><li>Prioritizes equipment repair and maintenance work.</li><li>Attend all safety and/or OSHA training sessions as required.</li><li>Responsible for accurate and efficient operation of procedures within designated departments.</li><li>Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team members and guest relations.</li><li>Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned.&#160;&#160;&#160;</li></ul><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong><ul><li>Minimum three (3) years experience preferred.</li><li>Valid Drivers License required.</li><li>Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check during employment.</li><li>Having your own tools, is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.</li><li>Must be able to lift and/or carry, fifty (50) pounds without difficulty.&#160; Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed.</li><li>Must be able to work in extreme weather elements as necessary.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management is mandatory.</li></ul><br>&#160;",
