The successful candidate will come with good attitude, a can-do spirit, and the ability to learn and complete assigned tasks efficiently, correctly, and in alignment with the Company values and operating philosophy.  Work tends to involve standard prints and higher volume/repetitive work.</p><p><br/></p><p><u><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Assemble boilers according to drawings and instruction using complex tools.</li><li>Connect pipe, pipe fittings.</li><li>Perform complex testing activities</li><li>Follow all safe working practices working with hand tools, machines and vehicles.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li></ul><p><u><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):</strong></u></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED</li><li>Read and interpret complex drawings required to complete custom work</li><li>Good physical stamina</li><li>Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks with minimal instruction</li><li>Steel plate forming and welding experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><u><strong>DEMONSTRATED CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Initiative - Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires it.</li><li>Personal Credibility - Be reliable and trustworthy.</li><li>Results Oriented - The ability to focus on a desired result</li><li>Thoroughness - Ensuring work and information is complete and accurate</li></ul><p><u><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Heavy Work – Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
